Full payment of the enrollment fee is due before the time of registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card, business check, or cash (AZ). We will create your account and grant access to the course when full payment has been made. The enrollment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content. Additional Terms
What is the LIVE CLASS exchange policy?
Live classes and workshops are non-refundable. Once you commit to a class and your registration fee is paid, we trust that you will keep your promise to attend. Once your registration fee is received, we order catering, and books/supplies are personalized. If you know you are unable to attend class, you must contact the office within 3 days at 602-476-8868 or email hired@staffmmj.com and request a transfer to another program or class. If the program was to issue a refund, we would incur fees for enrollment processing, administration, catering, book materials, prizes, speaker compensation, and other registration fees. For that reason, our enforcement board has placed a strict lockdown on refunds.
What forms of payment do you accept for registration?
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), business check, or cash. If you are paying by check, funds must be received at least 15 days in advance of your class start date. Payments must be submitted in U.S. Dollars. Cash payments may be accepted at the Arizona campus.
What if the class is cancelled by Net Tech Way, the event venue, or its partners?
In the event of a class cancellation, you would be notified and informed of your options including rescheduling to another class or online course.
If you do not attend the class date for which you registered, you may transfer any amount over your $299 registration fee to another course or another participant for up to 3 months from the payment date. A $50 fee will be applied when transferring to a different date other than the date registered, but may be waived if the transfer is to an earlier date.
Registration Forfeiture
We want you to use Herbal Risings campuses and classrooms without concern of being subjected to malicious harassment. In cases where harassment crosses the line into an abusive attack it can be reported and the member’s status will be immediately banned.
Resumes & Creative Services
You understand that all items purchased are service-based and are the creative representation of you.
All sales are final and no refunds are permitted on resume services. No refund shall be granted on products or services not used, as unused services will be held until client is ready to continue receiving service. If no contact is made after 30 days, the order is considered finalized. By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Client agrees to pay Net Tech Way the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for itself and subsidiaries. to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of Arizona shall prevail in the enforcement of this contract. Read more about resume policies.
